The Team
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Partnership Managers (RPMs), and the Marketing team to generate demand, engage key stakeholders, and convert interest into high-quality meetings.
The Role
We’re looking for a fast-paced, resourceful, and motivated SDR who thrives in a high-volume environment. Your primary focus will be sourcing new business opportunities through cold calling and strategic outreach. You’ll be responsible for connecting with school and district leaders, qualifying interest, and setting up meetings that help our RPMs grow Seesaw’s impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach
- Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound leads
- Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and increase conversion
- Collaborate with RPMs and Marketing to align outreach with campaigns and priority accounts
- Manage daily activity using tools like Salesloft and Salesforce
- Share trends, feedback, and successful tactics with the SDR team
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of sales development or lead generation experience
- Proven success with cold calling in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and tasks simultaneously
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal
- Experience using Salesforce and a Sales Engagement Platform like Salesloft
- Self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and learning new skills
- Passion for education and supporting teachers and students

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $55,000
