Sales Director, PA Programs Full Description

Blueprint Test Prep is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Sales Director to lead growth within the Physician Assistant (PA) education market. As a strategic sales leader and individual contributor, you’ll drive adoption of our innovative, SaaS-based learning solutions by expanding relationships and building new relationships with PA programs nationwide.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a top-performing sales professional who understands the PA education landscape. Current or former practicing PAs with experience in sales, customer relationship management, or academic leadership are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close and renewal—with a focus on value-based, long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand partnerships across Blueprint’s offerings including:  PANCE prep, clinical curriculum support (End of Rotation exams), didactic curriculum support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to PA faculty, program directors, and academic leaders, supporting their teaching goals and student success outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Blueprint’s internal PA content team to align solutions with program needs and promote best practices in instruction and assessment.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities while strengthening existing institutional relationships.
  • Deliver compelling demos and consultative discussions using tools like Zoom and HubSpot.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity data in Salesforce and report regularly on territory performance.
  • Stay informed on PA education trends, challenges, and accreditation standards to guide client strategy.
  • Represent Blueprint at conferences, webinars, and industry events to elevate our presence in PA education.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally in higher education, health professions, or edtech.
  • Experience working with PA programs—either through sales, partnerships, or as a PA educator.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented, relationship-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with web-based sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and coachability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Former or practicing Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a passion for education.
  • Experience selling to PA programs or within the broader academic medical space
  • Familiarity with PANCE Exam prep, End of Rotation exams, didactic curriculum planning, and accreditation requirements.
