The position of Learning and Development Manager in our Sales Programs team is of utmost importance. Tasked with building and delivering training, onboarding, and strategic content to support sales initiatives, you will report to the Senior Sales Programs Manager. Close collaboration with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners is key to ensuring a smooth program rollout and adoption.

What You'll Do Here:

Translate strategic priorities into actionable training and content.
Build and maintain playbooks, onboarding guides, and training materials.
Deliver live and virtual sessions for new processes, tools, and initiatives.
Build and manage the onboarding experience for new sales hires.
Serve as a resource for frontline teams, providing mentoring and support.
Collaborate with the Sales Programs Manager on quarterly objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.
