About the opportunity 
A Sales Learning Technologist helps maintain, troubleshoot, and support our Global Revenue Sales ecosystem platforms.  This person plays a role in ensuring all our digital assets, data and platforms meet the needs of our Sales team.

What you’ll get to do 
  • Content planning, mapping, management, and analysis
  • Creating, maintaining, and delivering Platform training for admins and users
  • Testing and implementing new functionality and strategies.
  • Regularly perform routine system administrator functions, including maintenance/updates, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Create and distribute analytics, reports, and dashboards for user departments.
  • Provide change logs and documentation on updates made to the company’s tech ecosystem.
  • Address user questions, aggregate, and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement system enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback, and organizational goals.
  • Identify system problems, develop fixes, ensure complete quality assurance testing, and implement solutions.
  • Research, review, recommend, and implement new or replacement systems, features, and updates to support our ecosystem and company operations better.

Skills and experience we value 
  • 3-5 years of Proven experience in administering at least 2 of our Sales platforms: Highspot, Gong, Axonify, LinkedIn Navigator, SharePoint, or Quip.
  • 3 years+ of a variety of software/technical skills, such as experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, Salesforce, Asana, or advanced Excel skills.
  • 3 years+ Demonstrated success as a team player possessing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills, the ability to determine root cause problems and implement solutions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and juggle multiple deadlines and tasks.
  • Successful implementation of business process documentation initiatives.
