As we continue to grow our reach and impact, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Operations / Inside Sales Associate to join our team.
Position Summary
This hybrid role combines sales operations excellence with proactive inside sales support. You will play a key role in supporting a high-performing sales team by managing HubSpot CRM workflows, generating outreach lists, coordinating sales campaigns, and conducting direct outreach to K–12 leaders. You’ll be the engine behind our outbound efforts and an organizational force behind our team’s daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Own day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, automation, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Create and maintain dashboards to support sales performance tracking, forecasting, and territory coverage.
- Support sales process documentation, contract workflows, and lead tracking systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure lead data is clean, timely, and actionable.
Inside Sales & Outreach Support
- Plan and execute outbound email and phone outreach campaigns targeting K–12 district and school decision-makers.
- Build prospecting lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and conference rosters.
- Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups through HubSpot sequences.
- Conduct initial outreach and qualification to schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
Team & Campaign Coordination
- Work with sales and marketing to align messaging and timing around campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Track and coordinate team participation in conferences, webinars, and district meetings.
- Ensure timely and organized follow-up after events and meetings.
Core Skills
- HubSpot CRM Expertise – Comfortable managing contacts, sequences, workflows, and dashboards with precision.
- Sales Operations – Skilled in organizing and optimizing tools, processes, and reporting for a growing sales team.
- Outreach & Communication – Strong writing and verbal skills for drafting outbound campaigns and coordinating with prospects.
- Project & Time Management – Able to juggle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet fast-moving deadlines.
- Lead Generation & Research – Proficient in sourcing and qualifying leads using databases, conference lists, and online tools.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures data is clean, reports are accurate, and follow-ups are timely.
- Collaboration & Coordination – Works well with sales, marketing, and leadership to keep campaigns aligned and moving forward.
- K–12 Market Awareness – Understands the structure, priorities, and buying cycles of school districts (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or sales support (preferably in EdTech or education markets).
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot CRM (including sequences, workflows, and reporting).
- Experience supporting small, high-growth sales teams—comfortable wearing many hats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for professional outreach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Familiarity with K–12 sales cycles, procurement timelines, and district decision-making processes is a major plus.
- Bonus points for experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Google Workspace, and Slack

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 + incentives
