What You Can Expect
The Monogram Sales & Clinical Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive sales and clinical training program focused on supporting orthopedic robotics solutions. As a subject matter and technical expert, this role ensures that sales representatives and clinical specialists are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively promote and support robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures. The Monogram Sales & Clinical Training Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and R&D teams to deliver best-in-class training experiences that drive adoption and customer satisfaction. 

How You'll Create Impact
  • Program Development 
    • Create a structured training curriculum for sales representatives and clinical teams, covering product knowledge, surgical workflows, and robotics technology. 
    • Develop blended learning solutions (e-learning, in-person workshops, virtual sessions) to maximize engagement and retention. 
    • Identify technology to scale training execution (eg. AI training tools) 
    • Ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards. 
  • Execution & Delivery 
    • Manage end-to-end training program rollout, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation. 
    • Facilitate live training sessions and workshops as needed.  
    • Create scalable LMS resources to ensure program success & easy access resources.  
    • Implement standardized assessment tools and results tracking to measure competency and program effectiveness.  
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
    • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and training priorities 
    • Provide timely virtual and practical clinical support to sales team members requiring assistance for product knowledge cases or troubleshooting  
    • Work closely with Clinical Education, MRX team and R&D to ensure technical accuracy and relevance. 
    • Coordinate with Marketing & Medical Education for consistent messaging, quality of clinical content and branding of materials  
  • Continuous Improvement 
    • Gain hands on experience, become a product expert and continuously upskill self to facilitate high quality teaching 
    • Monitor program performance through feedback, metrics, and adoption rates. 
    • Update training content based on product enhancements, market trends, and user feedback. 
    • Stay current on orthopedic robotics advancements and best practices in adult learning.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic surgical procedures and/or robotics technology. 
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Your Background
  • Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred Experience/Education: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
    • 5+ years of experience in program management, training development, or sales enablement within medical devices or healthcare.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
    • Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles.
    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical device training.
    • Deep understanding and/or experience with competitive CT robotic systems. 

Travel Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, as required.  

Expected Compensation Range
$125,000 - $157,000 USD/annual
