Description
Vector Solutions is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Analytics Engineer who will own the analytics foundation that powers revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define performance metrics, build scalable reporting, deliver revenue insights, and enable data-driven decision-making. 

This is a senior individual contributor role with deep technical ownership of revenue analytics, forecasting, CRMA dashboarding, and reporting automation—ideal for someone who loves digging into data, building smart solutions, and influencing strategy through insight.
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Salesforce CRMA dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes and dataflows to communicate KPIs and operational performance for GTM, Sales, and CX organizations. 
  • Implement best practices for data modelling, governance, and security within the CRMA platform. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRMA dataflows, dashboards, and performance. 
  • Own revenue forecasting and performance analytics across business segments, leveraging historical data, trends, and pipeline metrics to inform leadership decisions. 
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Improve and automate revenue reporting processes to ensure accuracy, scale, and efficiency. 
  • Strengthen data capture strategy and ensure best practices in analytics, reporting, and data hygiene. 
  • Analyze campaign and pipeline performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 

Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Data & Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence; or, equivalent   role; ideally within a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics) including dataset creation, dashboards, lenses, and bindings. 
  • Proficiency in SAQL and CRMA dataflows  for building and customizing advanced analytics 
  • Experience designing scalable analytics frameworks and automated reporting within Salesforce ecosystems. 
  • Proficient understanding of GTM operations: pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and revenue motions. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable business insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior leadership. 
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator who can influence without direct authority. 
  • Nice to have: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform administration
