  • Lead development of complex Salesforce initiatives spanning multiple clouds including Education, Service, Sales, Data, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware like MuleSoft.
  • Implement advanced Salesforce capabilities such as AI-driven features, automation, and analytics.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other developers and contribute to enterprise architecture alignment.
  • Collaborate with administrators, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with University priorities.
  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, plus at least five years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Education Cloud, Experience Cloud (Aura/LWR), MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Copado, Gearset), and Agile environments.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
  • Position is full-time, permanent, exempt, working 40 hours per week with occasional evenings or weekends as needed, within the Office of OneIT.
