SASMO SME- Instructional System Development Full Description

Overview: 
The SIGINT Support to Military Operations (SASMO) Program trains SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) and Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) analysts and Operational ELINT Analysts supporting military operations (e.g., rotational, expeditionary deployment positions in support of crisis, contingency, and campaign operations - worldwide) via adaptable and relevant multi-week course instruction using the most current tools and tradecraft.

Salary at LG-TEK is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of LG-TEK’s total compensation package for employees. Responsibilities: 
SASMO Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Instructional Design Development professionals utilize provided course objectives to ensure training material meets objective criteria. They create, maintain, and update lesson plans and all course materials, as needed. They collaborate with government and military SMEs on existing training programs and blended learning implementation strategies. They inscrutct on a lesson-by-lesson basis and regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with SASMO Program stakeholders. They perform needs and/or assessment gap analysis to determine future training needs. They track course development and maintenance projects and schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed within scheduling parameters and producing quality results in a fast paced and constantly changing mission environment.

Qualifications: 
SASMO SME 
- Instructional Systems Development Requirements:
- Minimum Top Secret Security Clearance with at least a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph is required
- At least six (6) years of experience in the use of adult learning theories, methods, strategies, best practices and techniques of instructional curriculum development (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, Agile, SAM, etc) and evaluations that assist in the development and delivery of course content is required.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in curriculum development with documented experience in the development and delivery of instructor-led training is required. Or, six (6) years of experience with a Master's degree related to Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
 
Highly-Desired Skills and/or Experience:
- Previous SASMO or NCU Adjunct Faculty certification
- Military service component Master Instructor certification
- Advanced education and/or certifications in training-related fields
- Experience ensuring digital content and systems meet Section 508 accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities, including familiarity with ICT Fundamental Accessibility Requirements
- Mobile Training Team (MTT) experience
- Jupyter Notebooks
