Provide confidential business counseling and training to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in southeastern Ohio counties.
Support clients with business feasibility, financial projections, cash flow management, capital readiness, and growth strategies.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with lenders, economic development organizations, and chambers of commerce.
Manage a diverse client pipeline to drive new business launches and business expansion.
Achieve prescribed annual performance goals aligned with state and federal funding requirements.
Use strong self-management skills to monitor and adjust outreach efforts to meet impact targets.
Position requires frequent travel within the service region for client and partner meetings.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related professional experience or equivalent.
Compensation target range is $63,000-$68,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.
Grant-funded, employment contingent on continued funding from the grant provider.
