Job Description
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Support Representative to work on-site at our Carson headquarters within our Customer Relations division. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely, accurate and professional support across multiple channels.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering above-and-beyond service experiences. Responsibilities include processing written and telephone orders, assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving order-related issues and ensuring accurate data entry to support a seamless customer journey.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Compensation is based on skills and experience. This seasonal opportunity offers potential for continued growth within the department and throughout the company for high-performing team members.

A day on the job looks like this:
  • Entering and processing return orders, replacement orders and credits in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reviewing information for accuracy and ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Responding to customer emails with general questions about orders, returns, credits and other inquiries
  • Providing clear, helpful and professional responses to customers

  • Ability to type at least 50 wpm with strong accuracy
  • Professional phone presence and excellent customer communication skills
  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment preferred

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and learn new systems quickly
  • Availability to work full-time between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, PT, or flexible scheduling within those hours

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $18.05-$22 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
