The Seasonal Digital Implementation Support Specialist plays an important role in supporting the successful setup and use of Learning Without Tears' digital products. This seasonal position works closely with our full time Digital Implementation team to help organize customer cases, prepare student & teacher roster data, and respond to customer questions-ensuring schools and educators have a smooth onboarding experience.

This is a great opportunity for a technically minded, detail-oriented individual who is curious, empathetic, and eager to learn how digital education products are implemented and supported at scale. Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply. While college students are welcome, please note this is a full-time and in-office role that runs from June through October.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • As a Seasonal Digital Implementation Support Specialist, you will focus on foundational implementation and support tasks, including:
  • Supporting the setup of LWT digital products by preparing and validating student and teacher data, primarily using CSV files and internal tools
  • Assisting with roster uploads, account configuration, and system setup under the guidance of full time Digital Implementation Specialists
  • Performing data cleanup, formatting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy before and after implementation
  • Responding to customer questions primarily via email, using established templates and documentation
  • Supporting smaller customer accounts directly and assisting full-time specialists with behind the scenes work for larger or more complex accounts
  • Completing internal support tasks such as ticket updates, documentation maintenance, and process checklists
  • Utilizing pre‑configured reports to proactively reach out to customers and help schedule implementations
  • Following established workflows and escalating questions or issues to full-time team members as needed
  • Participating in training and shadowing sessions to build familiarity with LWT's digital products and implementation processes
  • Performing other related tasks to help the Digital Implementation team manage seasonal volume

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • Strong fundamentals, curiosity, and empathy to their work
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data (spreadsheets, CSV files, or similar tools)
  • Clear written communication skills, especially for email-based customer support
  • Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn new systems and workflows
  • An empathetic approach to helping customers and teammates
  • Customer support, operations, or data entry experience
  • Experience with software tools, SaaS platforms, or education related products
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
