Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Innovation & AI Operations will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Adtalem’s enterprise AI and innovation strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Innovation & AI, this individual will help drive visibility, coordination, and follow-through across a portfolio of high-priority projects. They will serve as a hub for project status, meeting facilitation, and operational alignment—ensuring work moves forward with clarity and speed.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong analytical and project coordination skills who enjoys working across functions, making things happen behind the scenes, and helping leaders execute at scale.
  • Project Coordination & Tracking
    • Support the planning and tracking of projects across the innovation portfolio.
    • Maintain project trackers and help keep teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
    • Prepare summaries of project status, risks, and next steps.
  • Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Through
    • Coordinate and support cross-functional meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and tracking follow-ups
    • Work closely with the VP and Executive Assistant to ensure meetings are productive and actions are executed.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Support
    • Build and update simple dashboards and reporting tools that show progress on innovation initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing materials for leadership updates and team meetings.
  • Operational Support
    • Help streamline how the Innovation & AI team works—supporting process documentation, internal communications, and knowledge sharing.
    • Proactively identify small operational gaps or blockers and help solve them quickly.
  • External & Internal Coordination
    • Help manage light-touch communication and scheduling with vendors, academic teams, HR, IT, and others as needed.
    • Contribute to building shared understanding across teams by summarizing insights, meeting notes, or pilot updates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or business related field.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, project coordination, or business analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Interest in innovation, AI, or business transformation a plus.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $140,851.50. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
