The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer who thrives in an energetic environment and is passionate about building amazing Android applications. At Mighty Networks, you’ll play a key role in driving the development of our flagship Mighty Networks app and the Mighty Pro branded native apps. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
4+ years of industry experience developing Android apps, including hands-on experience with Kotlin
Proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Room, Android Studio, and Gradle
Strong understanding of the Android technology stack, including experience using REST APIs
Experience building robust mobile applications with an eye for detail and quality
Familiarity with mobile automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines
Self-starter with a bias toward action and a passion for improving the quality and speed of output
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and peer code reviews
Product-minded with the ability to make quick, thoughtful decisions
