Develop and execute a data-driven recruitment plan with up to 8-10 weeks of travel to high schools and college fairs.
Serve as the primary admissions liaison to College of Health leadership and marketing teams, providing insights for advertising and audience targeting.
Cultivate pipelines with prospective students, parents, counselors, alumni, and community organizations through events and communications.
Manage application processing for the College of Health Scholars program and analyze enrollment metrics.
Conduct rubric-based reviews of first-year, transfer, and international applications over a peak five-month period.
Maintain knowledge of domestic and international high school grading systems to evaluate applicants.
Collaborate with the College of Health Dean and staff to promote current and future academic offerings.
Participate in admissions initiatives such as open houses, campus visits, and admitted student receptions.
Provide technical support, manage website content, and coordinate campus visits for prospective students and counselors.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, valid Driver's License, and passing background checks.
Salary range approximately $47,570-$57,090 depending on experience and qualifications.
