Hire, train and supervise staff. Oversee document and application processing. Monitor workflow through data, reports and processing goals. Oversee data interfaces, data integrity and admissions office technology tools. Manage a recruitment territory. Review applications and make admissions decisions. Serve as a college/school liaison. Serve on the admissions leadership team. |
| Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree and five to six years’ related experience required. Supervisory experience required. Effective communication skills. Demonstrated technology and systems management competency required. Ability to travel outside Vermont required. Commitment to diversity and multicultural competence required. |
