As a senior associate director of admission, you will aim to meet application and enrollment goals by developing strategic plans in collaboration with the director of admission and other team members. You will monitor application and enrollment reports to assess the results of activities and use evaluations for future planning. You will also ensure data accuracy through precise record keeping in the database for student, organization, and travel management. Additionally, you will hold regular team meetings to provide timely updates and information and take an active role in admission training, acting as a mentor to new staff members.
In this role, you will build relationships with students, parents, educators, and other organizations to enhance positive awareness of SCAD. Working with the director of admission and teammates, you will strategically identify educational, governmental, and independent organizations to plan and coordinate visits. Visits will include information sessions, one-on-one days, and international events, during which you will deliver creative presentations that encourage student engagement and promote the university. After these events, you will follow up with prospective students to discuss their interests and address questions. Among other duties, you will attend relevant educational and professional events to recruit and foster relationships.
In this role, you will meet with applicants individually to share information about the application process and all supporting documents. As an advocate for students, you will prepare electronic submissions for scholarship and admission reviews and compile transcripts and other academic documents for transfer evaluations. Responsibilities include the operation of the record management system to track documents and other information, the completion of communication at specific intervals, and collaborations with various departments to plan, organize, and execute orientation events each quarter. Additionally, you will stay informed about all university policies and procedures to relay relevant information and support events such as SCAD Days, Summer Seminars, Rising Star, and Educator Retreats.
The ideal candidate exhibits outstanding organizational, presentation, and writing skills. They should also be comfortable working as an independent contributor.

- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations
