We are hiring a Senior Associate, Community & Impact to help build and strengthen our platform - supporting portfolio companies, elevating Owl’s voice, and managing key impact and data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone coming from consulting, VC/platform, impact measurement, or EdTech who thrives in high-ownership roles and enjoys building systems, processes, and content that drive value across an entire ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Build the Owl Platform & Community
‣ Design, launch, and manage virtual roundtables and shared-learning programs for 100+ portfolio companies
 ‣ Coordinate logistics, create agendas, manage speakers, and run follow-up communications
 ‣ Track engagement and gather insights to improve programming over time

Drive Impact, DEI & ESG Insights
‣ Lead the operational execution of DEI and ESG data collection across the portfolio
 ‣ Maintain clean, reliable datasets that inform LP reporting, DDQs, and internal analyses
 ‣ Support impact dashboards, templates, and improved reporting workflows

Support the Education Outcomes Report
‣ Manage survey distribution, compilation, and data processing
 ‣ Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to uncover trends
 ‣ Partner with internal leaders and external designers on drafting and layout

Amplify Owl’s Voice Across Channels
‣ Draft social content, newsletters, and firm communications
 ‣ Support press releases and media coordination with portfolio companies
 ‣ Maintain a consistent voice across all public-facing channels

Scale the Firm With Better Systems — Including AI
‣ Build tools and workflows (including AI-enabled ones) to improve research, communications, and operations
 ‣ Maintain Owl’s internal portfolio directory and data organization systems

Support Firmwide Strategic Projects
‣ Support deck-building and internal operations with high-quality, professional content
‣ Co-design and review content for Owl’s flagship in-person events: Founder/ CEO summit and Annual LP meeting
‣ Contribute to website refresh efforts, brand updates, and design/communications projects

Who You Are
  • 3–5+ years in consulting, venture capital, platform roles, impact reporting, or EdTech
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional writing skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable running multi-step processes
  • Analytical and comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
