  • Required to have at least 7 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, marketing, communications, or related fields with strategic leadership skills.
  • Minimum education: relevant post-Baccalaureate degree with 3+ years related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to student success.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, enrollment forecasting, and technology integration preferred.
  • Full-time permanent position in the Student Services career area with a 40-hour work week.
