The Impact You Will Make
Tableau to Power BI. Partnering closely with marketing, operations, and strategy leaders, this role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. With a dedicated data engineering team supporting data preparation in Databricks, this position emphasizes data visualization excellence, stakeholder partnership, and analytical project leadership
What You Will Do
- BI Development & Visualization: Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions across marketing, operations, and strategy teams.
- Project Ownership: Assist the migration from Tableau to Power BI, defining requirements and success metrics while coordinating with data engineering and business teams.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into analytical solutions and ensure insights are actionable and strategically aligned.
- Performance Reporting: Establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks, KPIs, and automated reporting pipelines that track business performance and efficiency.
- Data Storytelling: Present findings and visualizations to senior stakeholders in a compelling, easy-to-understand way, supporting strategic discussions and decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in BI governance, report design, and Power BI adoption across the organization.

- Seamless BI Migration: Completing migrations of key reports on time, without loss of data or usability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Recognized as a trusted partner across multiple departments.

Experience That Matters Most
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master's a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles with significant exposure to Power BI (or Tableau), including dashboard development and stakeholder-facing work
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, model design), Familiarity with Databricks, SQL and cloud data architectures, data modeling and visualization principles
- Soft Skills: excellent communication, organization and project management abilities with a consultative and collaborative approach.
Experience That's Great To Have
- Experience with AI transformations and analysis.
- Experience leading BI tool migrations (Tableau to Power BI)
- Proven ability to manager analytics projects from concept to delivery
- Passion for designing intuitive, insight-driven dashboards and fostering data literacy across teams
