Partnering closely with marketing, operations, and strategy leaders, this role focuses on turning complex data into clear insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. With a dedicated data engineering team supporting data preparation in Databricks, this position emphasizes data visualization excellence, stakeholder partnership, and analytical project leadership

Education: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master's a plus).
Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles with significant exposure to Power BI (or Tableau), including dashboard development and stakeholder-facing work
Technical skills: Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, model design), Familiarity with Databricks, SQL and cloud data architectures, data modeling and visualization principles
Soft Skills: excellent communication, organization and project management abilities with a consultative and collaborative approach.
