The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and promote our Fitness & Wellness brands. This role plays a critical part in shaping our image, reputation, and market presence.


This position will be work hybrid from our Gilbert, Arizona office.  Remote candidates will be considered.


The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and promote our Fitness & Wellness brands. This role plays a critical part in shaping our image, reputation, and market presence. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager role will have a combination of marketing expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking. The specific duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This involves defining the brand's positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions.
• Market Research: Collaborate with the Marketing Insights team for competitive and/or market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use this information to make informed decisions about the brand's direction.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's value to our target audiences. This may include advertising, content marketing, social media, email, and other channels.
• Content Development and Visual Assets: Work with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand content and visual assets. Ensure that content resonates with the brand's values and messaging.
• Brand Messaging: Develop and refine the brand's messaging to ensure it is consistent, compelling, and resonates with the target audience. Train and guide all business unit team members in messaging consistency.
• Brand Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that can enhance the brand's reach and reputation. Partner closely with the business development/partnership sales team to bolster existing and new partnerships.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the organic social and the events/tradeshow teams.
• Work closely with the Marketing Insights team on brand research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
    • 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on brand marketing strategy and go-to-market execution.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Brand Strategy Expertise:
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies that have positively impacted a company's brand image and market position.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform brand strategies.
    Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
    • Creative and Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling brand messaging and produce high-quality content.
    Digital Marketing Proficiency:
    • Significant experience with digital marketing channels, including paid and organic social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEM, and SEO, and the ability to collaborate with channel leaders to leverage brand promotion.
    Budget Management:
    • Experience in managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
    Team Leadership:
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a cross-functional team effectively.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Experience with Wrike preferred.
