  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, familiarity with UNC System classification and compensation policies, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, and professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Salary range: $62,115 - $80,000 per year.
