Highlights

Manages and analyzes data, reporting processing issues to the Associate Director.
Supports development of policies and procedures for compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs.
Participates in internal and external audits and program reviews of the financial aid department.
Performs regular and targeted audits to monitor, prevent, and correct noncompliance.
Processes athletic aid adjustments and Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations for non-athletic populations.
Maintains and works with Oracle Student Financial Planning System (OSFP) and ImageNow software.
Liaises with departments including SAR, Veteran’s Services, EOF, Study Abroad, and others in coordination with leadership.
Collaborates with the Office of Institutional Research and OIT to produce institutional enrollment reports.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of financial aid compliance experience at a major higher education institution; preferred experience is 4 years.
Salary range: $68,278 to $100,509 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and educational benefits.
