Requires Associate’s degree with 3+ years hands-on support experience or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience, plus CompTIA A+ certification within 12 months.
Preferred qualifications include Master’s degree, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, and experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments.
Strong knowledge of multiplatform operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and diagnostic software.
Position requires background checks, fingerprinting, drug testing, and basic security awareness training as per CJIS Security Policy.
