Senior CRM Administrator Full Description

As the Senior CRM Administrator at SchoolStatus, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by optimizing the organization’s use of CRM technology to enhance customer relationships, streamline processes, and achieve business objectives. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will manage complex functions autonomously, making critical decisions and providing guidance to junior team members. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives while leading projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.

The impact you'll have: 
  • Manage CRM system administration and data management tasks, including configuring settings, user permissions, and security settings, importing/exporting, data cleansing, data migration, and data quality analysis.
  • Lead CRM-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, which involve coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets. 
  • Acting liaison with CRM vendors and service providers to resolve issues, implement updates, and stay informed about new features and developments.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative processes and infrastructure enhancements to streamline sales operations.
  • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of processes and workflows, applying critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS company or the education industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce and advanced analytical abilities to leverage data effectively.
  • Proven track record in executing complex data migration projects into Salesforce, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is required, with advanced knowledge of SQL and APEX considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions and exercise judgment within your area of expertise.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.

U.S. Pay Range
$80,000—$115,000 USD

SchoolStatus intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, such as experience. Our team will provide more information about the total compensation package for this position during the interview process.
