  • Preferred 7-10 years legal experience in technology transactions, privacy, and cybersecurity, ideally in higher education or public sector.
  • Compensation range between $150,000 and $200,000 annually.
  • Position reports to Associate Vice Chancellor, Chief Privacy Officer, and Special Counsel within the Institutional Privacy Office.
