  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field, minimum four years of higher education experience with first-year programs, college-level teaching experience, and strong communication and budget management skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field, seven or more years of experience with first-year programs, familiarity with underserved student populations, and bilingual Spanish fluency.
  • Salary range: $80,631 to $90,000, based on education, experience, and skills; includes comprehensive benefits such as health, disability, retirement, tuition waiver, and paid holidays.
  • Serves on the Student Affairs Thought Leadership Group and Campus Life Leadership Team to guide institutional strategies supporting student success.
