Position Purpose | The Senior Director for Learning & Institutional Impact leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Dartmouth’s institutional learning and belonging strategy. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Inclusion and Strategic Engagement, this senior role drives the development of evidence-based training and curriculum, translates campus climate data into scalable programmatic interventions, and advances belonging initiatives for a large, diverse institutional audience across faculty, staff, and students. The Senior Director exercises independent judgment, leads cross-functional problem-solving, and serves as a recognized subject-matter expert in inclusion learning, organizational assessment, and institutional change.
