  • Collaborate with change management and business process teams to align training with transformation goals and user adoption objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of blended learning programs including eLearning, instructor-led content, simulations, and performance support materials.
  • Ensure post-go-live readiness and sustainment through structured reinforcement and continuous learning programs.
  • Drive integration of training into digital adoption and change enablement strategies to improve workforce performance.
Client Engagement & Governance
  • Serve as the senior delivery executive and operational lead for client stakeholders within managed learning engagements.
  • Manage governance frameworks, operational reporting, and service quality reviews for each client.
  • Partner with account and sales teams to support solution design, transitions, and renewals of managed service contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
  • Build and lead large, multi-disciplinary learning teams — including instructional designers, developers, project managers, and learning technologists — across global delivery centers.
  • Coach and mentor team leaders in managing managed service delivery environments, emphasizing client responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Drive professional development and knowledge sharing within the organization to strengthen delivery capability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Championing modern learning methods and technologies, such as AI-driven personalization, digital adoption platforms (DAPs), and agile content development.
