Highlights
  • Manage macOS devices via JAMF Pro including enrollment, configuration, policies, and patching.
  • Administer iOS/iPadOS fleets using Apple Business Manager and JAMF/Intune with automated deployment workflows.
  • Oversee Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune managing profiles, compliance, updates, and provisioning.
  • Deploy and patch software such as Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and multiple browsers using Intune and JAMF.
  • Implement device compliance policies, encryption, threat protection, and security baselines aligned with corporate standards.
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting and act as escalation point for complex endpoint issues across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accurate device inventories, automated provisioning workflows, and documentation.
  • Required experience includes 3-6 years with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune in production.
  • Preferred skills: scripting with Bash, Zsh, PowerShell; experience with Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID; knowledge of security hardening and conditional access.

Position Overview
The Sr. Endpoint Management Administrator is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for owning the management and escalated support of the company's end-user Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone fleets. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with JAMF, Microsoft Intune and related technologies, along with deep knowledge of modern device management practices. The individual in this role will function as the primary technical expert and implementer for endpoint configuration, deployment, compliance, and software lifecycle management.
