As we expand our reach, we’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead our efforts in landing the most strategic, high-value accounts. This role goes beyond running plays, you’ll
help design how we sell to the world’s top finance firms. You’ll
lead with strategy, craft repeatable outbound motions, and guide complex, executive-level conversations that shape how top teams work.
About the Role
You’ll be both a seller and a builder, helping define our go-to-market playbook while closing strategic new accounts.
- Own new-logo acquisition quota targeting investment banks, PE firms, consultancies
and large corporates. - Build relationships with finance, brand leaders, and IT while navigating complex organizational structures.
- Run discovery and proof-of-value processes that show how Macabacus drives real efficiency for teams.
- Build business cases for >six-figure software decisions and navigate enterprise procurement.
- Drive deals from initial outreach through multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Generate and manage your own pipeline with a strong outbound muscle and creative prospecting strategies.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to shape and refine enterprise sales motion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support seamless onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Hit ARR targets while feeding market insights back to Product and GTM teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals, including at least 2 years selling into large, regulated financial services firms.
- Proven ability to exceed $1M+ annual quotas.
- Skilled at generating pipeline proactively and building repeatable outbound sales motions, paired with disciplined execution in long, complex sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of finance workflows and the daily pain points of building models and presentations. Prior investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory experience desired.
- Growth-oriented mindset: proactive, adaptable in changing environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about securing large deals.
- Experience selling to investment banking or private equity teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools.
