Job Summary
The Senior Executive Communications Manager serves as managing editor and senior strategist for institution-level executive communications issued by the provost, cabinet leadership and the president. The role provides senior-level leadership within Executive Communications, overseeing editorial standards, cross-unit alignment, crisis messaging integration, executive digital platforms and university printed materials.

Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, this position exercises judgment in politically and reputationally complex environments and contributes directly to institutional risk mitigation, leadership continuity and strategic message discipline. Additionally, the role manages the emergency operations center crisis call center during crises.
