What you’ll do as a Senior Facilitator, Learning and Development
  • Deliver training materials to various levels of leaders through a variety of methods to aid in developing crucial job and soft skills
  • Support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills
  • Recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools
  • Conduct ongoing audits to leadership development materials to ensure they are effective and meet the overall needs of the company
  • Conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content
  • Support the execution of the company’s learning and development strategy in partnership with stakeholders, including business leaders and subsidiary Human Resources leaders
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of organizational change initiatives

What you’ll need 
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in business, human resources, learning and development, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership 
  • Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience learning needs 
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc. 
  • Commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors, and key stakeholders
  • Must have a high degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suites
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time domestically
