We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A team! The role requires a strong analytical mindset, a proactive and technology-led approach to process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. This position will work closely with GTM leadership, finance, and other business stakeholders to support insight and decision making through high-impact analysis, financial planning, and reporting. This is a dynamic role that will provide unique exposure to the GTM organization and is ideally suited for a candidate eager to make an impact on a high-performing team.  

What you’ll do: 
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to GTM and cross-functional stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support. Collaborate on projects, initiatives, and operational improvements, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.  
  • Financial Analysis: Work with business leaders and finance partners to conduct comprehensive financial analysis of the GTM function, including sales, marketing, and partnerships. Identify and analyze key performance indicators, trends, and return-on-investment metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.  
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the company’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for revenue, expense, and cash flow driven by our GTM teams.  
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our financial processes and reporting to automate/streamline workflows and increase efficiency.  
  • Initiative Performance Measurement: Establish reporting and track metrics to assess performance of key GTM initiatives fueling top-line growth. Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations.  
  • Assessment of Opportunities/Risks: Identify risks and opportunities to our plan and partner with stakeholders to develop strategies to mitigate risks and optimize financial outcomes.  
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, continuing our culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.  

What you’ll bring:  
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar role in a software or technology environment. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint skills required; experience with Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI, and Alteryx preferred. 
  • SaaS or Software industry experience preferred. 
  • Experience partnering with the Go-to-Market leadership a plus. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Proven ability to leverage technology to automate or improve key processes and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote team environment.
