We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to process improvement, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Cyber Security and IT leadership, finance partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful analysis, financial planning, and reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do:
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) and cross-functional stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support. Collaborate on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across ETG business units, including technology investments, infrastructure, and operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate key performance indicators, trends, and ROI metrics to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Month-End Close: Lead and support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for ETG-related expenses and cash flow. Own month-end close activities including accruals, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reporting packages. Partner with accounting and ETG stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial data.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and reporting tools to automate workflows, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency. Champion the use of technology to streamline planning and analysis.
- Initiative Performance Measurement: Establish reporting frameworks and track metrics to assess the performance of key ETG initiatives driving operational and strategic growth. Prepare management reports and executive-level presentations to communicate results and recommendations.
- Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities within ETG plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and optimize financial outcomes. Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations. Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous learning through effective communication and knowledge sharing.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar role within a software or technology environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx, and Salesforce is a plus.
- SaaS or software industry experience preferred.
- Experience partnering with technology leadership or supporting technical business units is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to leverage technology to automate or improve key financial processes and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote team environment.

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
