Senior Group Product Managers are outcome-driven product leaders responsible for empowering high-performing teams to discover and deliver customer and business value. They translate company strategy into inspiring product visions and measurable outcomes, fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and experimentation.

Scope of Role
This is a leadership role overseeing a group of empowered product teams focused on delivering measurable customer and business outcomes within a product portfolio. It balances strategic direction with coaching and enablement, emphasizing context over control.  This role reports directly to Product senior Leadership. 

How You'll Drive Success

People Leadership
• Coaches and empowers product managers to act as mini-CEOs of their domains, making evidence-based decisions and owning both the problem and the solution.
• Creates an inspiring team environment with open communication, trust, and accountability. Encourages autonomy while ensuring alignment on vision and measurable outcomes.
• Develops team capabilities around discovery, experimentation, and learning; drives a culture of continuous improvement.

Operational Leadership
• Leads through context, not control.  Ensuring teams have the clarity, resources, and alignment to achieve outcomes without micromanagement.
• Uses data and insight to inform decisions, communicates results transparently, and ensures teams measure impact, not just activity.

Position Product Management Responsibilities
• Drives a clear product vision and strategy that delights customers and advances Frontline's mission. Translates strategy into outcomes and empowers teams to discover and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Champions continuous discovery practices – validating problems and solutions with real users before significant investment.
• Leads empowered cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) through discovery and delivery cycles, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and outcome-driven.
• Partners with design and engineering to balance desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Communicates clear goals, context, and customer insights to foster alignment across stakeholders.
• Operates with a Product General Manager mindset – accountable for delivering business results through customer value, leveraging finance, sales, and services partnerships strategically.

Compensation & Benefits 
  • Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and internal equity).
