About the role...
Duolingo is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team. In this role, youâll serve as a strategic partner and operator, owning the identification, testing, and scaling of new marketing initiatives that drive user growth. Youâll collaborate across Growth Strategy, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, and international teamsâleading high-impact projects and campaigns that accelerate user acquisition and expand Duolingoâs global reach.

- 4+ years in growth marketing, marketing strategy, or a related role at a leading consumer brand
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, experimentation, and structured problem solving
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable growth
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, analytics, and international partners
- Exceptional project ownership and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional candidates will have...
- STEM degree or equivalent quantitative training
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm
- SQL or advanced analytics capabilities
