Highlights

File petitions across visa classifications including J-1, H-1B, TN-1, E-3, O-1, F-1, and B-1.
Serve as the Alternate Responsible Officer for the U.S. Department of State J-1 Exchange Visitor Program.
Maintain and monitor the SEVIS database for the J Exchange Program.
Track scholar and dependent records in Smartsheets, Terra Dotta, and Fragomen Connect.
Develop and lead immigration trainings, orientations, and workshops for departments and scholars.
Plan campus cultural events such as Diwali, Chinese New Year, and the Holiday Party.
Manage the office budget, including check requests and expense coding.
Act as the main contact for the UF International Center, Immigration Compliance office, and Fragomen attorney representation.
Requires a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, with a master's degree and five-plus years of international scholar advising experience preferred.
