Description

-Refine and enhance baseline Planview program materials delivered by the vendor, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment to program standards.

-Develop additional training content under guidance from the Program (PRG) Team and the OCM team.

-Package content to clearly communicate process impacts, system changes, and audience-specific implications.

-Create or refine training assets, potentially including short videos using Clipchamp.

-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with the overall change strategy.

-Collaborate with Internal Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, Program (PRG) Team, who will provide direction, context, and review

-This role involves ongoing coordination with multiple internal teams to ensure content meets program expectations and aligns with organizational readiness needs

How much content will you receive?

• You'll be getting 100% and working with SMEs.

• Need to break everything up by role, as they will be building out the material for each role

What type of instructional material will be created:

-Job aids VS Video/tutorial work- combination of all of it

-Mass Audience/ streamlined/ broad group for Project Program and for the Service Organizations with admins- there will be in depth training with a lot of classroom training

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 2 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.

-In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 5 years instructional design/development, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives

-Proficient in multiple delivery channels (including classroom and online) and instructional design methods.

-Strong ability to influence/negotiate and consult with requestors and stakeholders

-Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

-Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.

-Excellent PC skills with a strong working knowledge of associated software programs, such as flow charting, presentation, e-learning, and computer-based testing programs.

-Ability to manage multiple medium to large projects.

-Works independently and with minimal supervision.

-Possesses technical knowledge of the training tools used by the training department

Pay and Benefits
