- Proven expertise in designing and developing professional or soft skills instructor-led training

- Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting to executive leadership
- Knowledge of best practices in learning and performance development
- Ability to produce detailed design documents, assets, and measurement plans for training programs
Nice to Have:
- Experience with government contracting projects
- Designing onboarding or leadership development programs
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Instructional Design
Preferred Education & Experience:
- A minimum of 14+ years in corporate Instructional Design with a High School diploma, or 10+ years with a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or certifications are a plus
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable performance outcomes
