Located in Falls Church, VA with a hybrid work model, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and make a tangible difference in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing professional or soft skills instructor-led training
  • Strong ability to analyze performance gaps and create targeted learning solutions
  • Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting to executive leadership
  • Knowledge of best practices in learning and performance development
  • Ability to produce detailed design documents, assets, and measurement plans for training programs
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with government contracting projects
  • Designing onboarding or leadership development programs
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability testing
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Instructional Design
