We’re looking for a learning leader who brings both an engagement mindset and an outcome-driven approach, with the ability to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact development programs—in person, virtually, and through self-paced learning. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, shape learning solutions, and connect development to business priorities.

This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

The Senior Learning & Development Manager at Collibra is responsible for
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that build professional and leadership skills across levels and functions
  • Partner with business leaders, People Partners, and enablement teams to identify development needs and deliver relevant, high-impact learning solutions
  • Lead the design and facilitation of open enrollment offerings, customized team sessions (e.g., Insights Discovery, public speaking, offsite support), and leadership development programs
  • Use data to measure effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and link learning outcomes to business impact
  • Ensure all learning initiatives (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) are inclusive by design and aligned with Collibra’s broader talent and business strategies

You have
  • Experience designing and leading global learning programs focused on employee development and leadership growth—from strategy through execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align, influence, and drive outcomes cross-functionally
  • A solid understanding of adult learning principles and practical experience designing engaging, inclusive, and effective learning experiences
  • Experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
  • The ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and make informed decisions

You are
  • Passionate about helping people grow and perform, with a curious and pragmatic mindset
  • A proactive, self-directed project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups
  • Organized and outcome-driven, able to bring clarity and follow-through to complex projects
  • An innovative thinker who looks beyond one-off events and builds scalable solutions embedded in the flow of work
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and proactive in building partnerships across the business

Reporting to Collibra’s Director, Talent Management & Development, measures of success are
  • Within your first month, you’ll build relationships across the business, learn our ways of working, and begin supporting key initiatives already in motion
  • Within your third month, you’ll have facilitated existing programs and adapted or created new content to meet current learning needs
  • Within your sixth month, you’ll be testing and scaling new approaches to learning (beyond one-off training), delivering development in the flow of work
