Piper Companies is currently seeking a Senior Learning and Development Specialist for work at a leading consumer healthcare company. This is a remote, 12 month contract with expectation to extend.

Responsibilities of the L&D Specialist:   
  • Develop departmental training materials using eLearning programs/presets 
  • Release training modules through LMS and ensure staff engagement 
  • Process input from instructors, trainees, management and colleagues to improve materials 
  • Produce materials in various Microsoft Office applications, transitioning accordingly across mediums and depending on audience  
 
Qualifications of the L&D Specialist:   
  • 5 years of instructional design experience for pharmaceuticals or healthcare 
  • Experience with Articulate360 (Storyline) 
  • Experience documenting change history 
  • Understanding of best training practices  
  • Bachelors degree and knowledge of risk management 

Compensation for the L&D Specialist:   
  • $45-55/hr
