How You'll Create Impact
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning offerings across in-person, virtual, and blended environments
  • Facilitate high-visibility workshops and development offerings, adapting content in real time to meet learner and business needs
  • Conduct needs analyses in partnership with stakeholders to clarify performance gaps and define measurable learning objectives
  • Translate business priorities into practical, learner-centered solutions aligned with adult learning principles
  • Develop and apply evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick levels, feedback tools, performance metrics) to assess effectiveness
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, recommend enhancements, and improve program outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining content, facilitation approaches, and learner experience based on insights
  • Support the integration of digital tools and learning technologies to enhance engagement and scalability
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met

Your Background
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience working in matrixed environments collaborating with SMEs, and familiarity with LMS platforms and/or SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Practical experience with any of the following is also preferred: Kirkpatrick, Insights Discovery, Gallup Clifton Strengths, Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment, Crucial Conversation, etc.

Travel Expectations
  • Travel approximately 20% of the time, mostly domestic but some international travel is possible.
