Senior LMS Administrator (Oracle Learn)
We are seeking an experienced Senior LMS Administrator (Oracle Learn) with deep expertise in Oracle Learn to support our client in Indianapolis. This is a hands-on, tactical role responsible for daily learning system operations within a highly matrixed environment, and the ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex organizations. This position is hybrid and requires one day per week on Tuesdays in the Indianapolis office.
The Senior LMS Administrator (Oracle Learn) will manage, optimize, and maintain Oracle Learning for a user population of approximately 40,000 employees. This includes overseeing compliance assignments, resolving system and assignment issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating closely with HR Operations, ERP/IT partners, and Learning stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and user support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex learning assignments, catalogs, and reporting within Oracle Learn for a population of up to 40,000 employees.
- Oversee new hire compliance assignments and ongoing enterprise-wide compliance training requirements.
- Evaluate and optimize current course assignment configurations (e.g., RQI, POC).
- Identify Oracle Learn administrators across the organization and support best-practice sharing and process consistency.
- Partner with HR Operations and ERP/IT teams to understand workflows, job codes, and reporting structures that impact learning assignments.
- Review user tickets related to common assignment issues and develop recommendations for improved system workflows.
- Support ticket resolution and collaborate with Learning Technology peers to conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Drive continuous process improvements focused on system functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Perform additional learning systems administration work as assigned.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of LMS administration experience
- Deep Oracle Learn expertise is required.
- Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations; healthcare experience is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to learning assignments, workflows, and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
