The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to step into the role of Senior Manager on the Account Management Grammarly for Education team. In this capacity, you will take initiative on team priorities, building new systems and structures that support growth and efficiency while leveraging your deep understanding of education customer needs and goals.
As a senior account management sales leader on Grammarly for Education, you will set clear revenue goals, communicate actionable sales strategies to your team, and ensure alignment on account expansion and retention priorities. You will lead your team through complex cross-functional sales challenges, optimize processes to maximize pipeline efficiency, and actively manage the execution of high-impact deals and renewals. Your expertise will be essential in cross-selling into new departments and units, deepening relationships within existing accounts, and consistently delivering on ambitious revenue targetsâall while supporting educators and students with impactful AI-driven solutions.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected âOn Target Earningsâ (OTE) for this role is outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $320,000k â $380,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $288,000 â $342,000/year (USD)
Commissions are 35% of total sales. The market-based compensation differentials will be applied only to base pay for commission-eligible team members.
