BARBRI Global, a powerhouse in legal education materials and digital learning solutions since 1967, is searching for a talented and visionary Senior Manager of Digital Brand Marketing to elevate our brand presence and drive digital marketing innovation. Position Overview

BARBRI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Brand Marketing to play a pivotal role in crafting and executing robust digital marketing strategies. As a core member of our Marketing team, you will bring expertise in SEO, content strategy, landing page optimization, A/B testing, reporting, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders.

The selected candidate will report directly to our VP of Brand & Creative Strategy and start to gain insights into the value propositions and nuances of our B2B and B2C audience segments, our product portfolio, and enrollment funnel.
As a key part of BARBRI’s Marketing Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape digital marketing strategies across the entire organization, including the implementation of innovative AI tools to improve process, productivity and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Expertise:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO strategies for enhanced online visibility.
Help oversee Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation and ongoing optimizations
Stay abreast of search engine algorithms and industry trends to ensure optimal website performance.

Organic Growth Marketing:

Develop and execute strategies for organic user acquisition.
Collaborate closely with content creators for compelling, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.

Landing Page Optimization:

Utilize A/B testing and user behavior analysis to optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and paid media teams to create engaging and high-converting landing pages.

On-Platform Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure digital marketing campaign performance.
Generate regular reports on KPIs, providing actionable insights for continual improvement.
Monitor on-platform metrics to refine strategies and enhance overall digital presence.
Foster effective collaboration to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Marketing Operations (Marketing Ops) teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of marketing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related field required
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience creating and executing targeted, multichannel, integrated marketing programs, campaigns and/or initiatives for a national brand, product or equivalent experience
    • Strong digital and content marketing and writing skills. Excellent working knowledge of social media marketing.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation systems. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Liferay, Adobe CC, Jira, DAM, and CMS back-end environments are all preferred. Knowledge of tools that derive data-based insights such as Google Analytics (GA4), social channels, and CRM reporting.
    • Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred
    • Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write the English language
    • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate with internal stakeholders
    • Experience managing contractors and external agency relationships
