This role will be pivotal in shaping how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced across Arm — using powerful technology and data-driven insights to empower our people and support our business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of Arm’s internal Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring an engaging, intuitive user experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison with platform vendors, internal customers, and IT to maintain, evolve, and align the LXP with business needs.
  • Lead a critical initiative to transition learning content from the current LXP to the learning module of Arm’s core HRIS, enabling an AI-powered, seamless learning journey.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, L&D colleagues, and leadership teams to align digital learning strategy with core capability and business priorities.
  • Curate and manage digital learning content collections that support development in key strategic areas.
  • Work closely with the broader L&D team to design and deliver a blended learning ecosystem that reflects Arm’s business objectives and values.
  • Manage Arm’s digital learning vendor portfolio — consolidating offerings where appropriate and identifying new opportunities to enhance impact.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on digital learning and technologies (e.g., LXPs, LMSs).
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level learning platforms, including vendor relationships and budget oversight.
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence to enhance digital learning personalization, search, or delivery.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with IT, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization.
