About The Role

Lovevery is looking for a Senior Manager, Education Sales to build a new education sales channel from the ground up — a high-impact opportunity to create a scalable revenue stream for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant state, school, library, homeschool, daycare, and education-related services that may make sense as partners for Lovevery, including all major ESA programs. Build relationships with respective partners.
  • Oversee the process for securing Lovevery as an approved vendor. For state/ESA programs, this includes get approvals, setting up integrations, and developing and leading the creation of a marketing strategy
  • Work with partners to secure purchase orders and on-going purchase agreements, with co-marketing components as appropriate
  • Scale internal process for order intake and processing, as well as order tracking and internal reporting - working across internal teams as necessary

Skills/Experience
  • Experience building a new sales channel for a company. Experience in the education space is a nice to have
  • High attention to detail and action oriented, with an ability to work across an organization to execute independently
  • Comfortable flexing between high-level strategy and tactical execution. Does not hesitate to get hands on to get things done themselves however needed
  • Clear and very responsive communicator, strong relationship building skills
  • Comfortable with data and opportunity sizing and business analytics
  • Uses good judgement and can prioritize based on impact vs. effort. Prioritizes the highest value opportunities, with a growth mindset
  • Proactive, results oriented, holds themselves to a high standard of delivering results
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating a clear plan of action, even if it means adjusting scope and focus over time based on learnings
