About the Role:
The Senior Manager of FP&A plays a key role in delivering strategic financial support within the Corporate FP&A function. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support data-driven decision-making. The role partners cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights, drive business performance, and influence strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, along with a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. 

Job Responsibilities: 
·      Lead complex financial modeling and analysis to support strategic planning and key business decisions.
·      Own and drive end-to-end FP&A processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance reporting against targets.
·      Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and ensure alignment with enterprise performance objectives.
·      Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and streamline processes through advanced analytics, automation, and tools.
·      Establish and promote FP&A best practices, frameworks, and standards across the organization.
 
Required Qualifications:
·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
·      Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
·      Strong MS Office experience, specifically Excel and PPT. 
·      Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
·      Strong strategic thinking skills with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
·      Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
·      MBA or advanced degree.
·      Experience supporting senior executives (e.g., CFO, business unit leaders) in a large, matrixed organization.
·      Advanced proficiency in financial systems, planning tools, and data visualization platforms.
·      Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
·      Strong business acumen with experience in a relevant industry.
