Job Overview:

As the Senior Manager of Learning Architects, you will lead our team of visionary learning architects in developing professional learning sessions, customer-facing resources, and educational materials to support exceptional implementation of Lexia products. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and promote resources that align with customer needs our educational vision. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a roadmap for content development prioritizing resources that address the most important gaps in content to meet customer need and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of customer centric learning architects in the design and development of professional learning sessions, customer-facing resources, and educational materials.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure that all learning initiatives align with our educational vision and goals.
Partner with Success Management to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into learning solutions.
Work closely with the professional learning facilitation and success management teams to ensure seamless rollout of professional learning sessions and resources.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional teams to catalog implementation resources in a way that allows for ease of access and use of resources for strongest reach and impact on our customers.
Develop strategies for the implementation of learning initiatives and create a roadmap for the development of new educational resources.
Drive the design and development of learning solutions using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in education.
Oversee the end-to-end process of learning solution development, from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our learning offerings.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the learning architecture team and across the organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning program management.
5+ years experience in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
3+ years experience in leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving impact through education.
